Auburn Hills is composed of 422 homes in a ¼-square mile area within the Town of Parker, Colorado. There are 246 single family homes, 104 patio homes and 72 townhomes. The Ryland Company built the Auburn Hills community between approximately 2000 and 2004.
There are two neighborhoods within Auburn Hills: (1) the “Crystal Collection” homes are located in the western and northern portions of the property (along Whooping Crane, Cormorant, Grebe, Wigeon, Plover, and Night Heron) and (2) the newer “700-series” homes are located in the southeastern portion of the property (Firebrick, Terrawood, Maize and Greenlet).
The HOA is responsible for irrigation, landscape maintenance and snow removal in common areas, and contracts for residential trash removal for all properties within Auburn Hills. For townhomes, the HOA pays the water, sewer and stormwater bills.
